The Finance group at the source has launched into its finance transformation and has implemented the Automation 360 tool to enhance our department processes. As part of the Finance Automation and Analytics team, you will be at the forefront of developing automated solutions for the accounting and FP&A team. You will be a project prime for the development of automations using RPA software and play a key role in the evolution of the finance function. As an analytical self-starter, you will be responsible for taking initiative on assigned deliverables. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and build process improvement solutions and workflows in Automation 360 and other automation tools (Alteryx, Excel, Power Query)
• Manage maintenance, schedulers, troubleshoot and update automation workflows for Alteryx and Automation Anywhere.  Work with business primes on enhancing their processes
• Providing detailed value-added reporting, results tracking , compliance reporting and program effectiveness measurements
• As part of a cross functional team, implement business improvements, system and/or process changes. 
• Assisting in projects related business development and analysis to support new corporate and accounting initiatives.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with finance team and cross-functional teams within the business

Your skills and experience:

• 1 to 3 years experience working with RPA
• Experience in accounting or finance environment is an asset
• Strong analytical, time management, problem solving and organizational skills
• Development experience with RPA toolset (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc)
• Ability to balance multiple deliverables and reprioritize when faced with competing deadlines
• Detailed process mapping and where automation can be successfully imbedded into programs
• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (preferred)
• Good interpersonal communication skills with an effective ability to partner with subject matter experts
• Strong Change Agent
